How the Activity Works:

Students use the Hamburger Persuasive Writing Template to organise their persuasive writing. This template helps them break down their argument into clear sections.

1. Introduction (State Opinion):
   Clearly state opinion on the topic.
2. Reason 1: Facts and Examples:
   Provide the first reason supporting your opinion. Add facts, statistics, or examples that make your reason stronger.
3. Reason 2: Facts and Examples:
   Present the second reason. Again, support it with relevant facts or examples.
4. Reason 3: Facts and Examples:
   Introduce the third reason and back it up with facts or examples that support your argument.
5. Conclusion (Restate Opinion):
   Summarise the reasons and restate opinion, reminding the reader of why the argument is valid.
