Plant Life Cycle: Cut & Paste

EASYTEACHING.NET
Overview:
A cut and paste activity where students arrange the pictures and names of the stages to complete the life cycle of a fruiting plant. Designed for middle and upper years students.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify and understand the stages of a fruiting plant's life cycle.
- Recognise key stages such as germination, growth, flowering, pollination, and fruiting.
- Develop a clear understanding of the plant life cycle and how each stage contributes to plant growth.
How the Activity Works:
Students cut out the pictures and corresponding names of each stage of a fruiting plant’s life cycle. They then paste them in the correct order on a sheet, completing the life cycle from germination through to fruiting. This interactive activity encourages students to engage with and learn about plant growth in a fun and hands-on way.
