Overview:

A structured template for students to use to plan their narrative, focusing on the key elements of orientation, complication, resolution and ending.

Learning Objectives:

Identify and understand the key elements of a narrative structure.
Organise ideas logically to create a compelling story.
Develop critical thinking skills to identify the problem and solution in a narrative.

How the Activity Works:

A planning template to help students plan their story, beginning with the orientation (setting and characters), followed by the complication (problem or challenge). They then plan the resolution (how the problem is solved) and the ending (how the story concludes). This activity encourages students to structure their ideas clearly, ensuring a complete and well-organised narrative.
