Students use a structured template to plan their narrative, focusing on key narrative elements such as orientation, events leading up to the main problem, the complication, events resulting from the main problem, resolution, and ending.

How the Activity Works:

A planning template to help students structure their narratives. They begin by filling in the orientation section (introducing characters and setting), followed by events leading up to the main problem. Next, they identify the complication and outline the events that occur as a result. Finally, students plan how the problem is resolved and how the story ends. This template helps students logically organise their ideas to create a complete and coherent narrative.
