Continent Map: Europe

Overview:

This activity provides a map of Europe with country borders but no labels. It is designed to help students identify the countries and learn about the geography of Europe.

• Enhance knowledge of Europe's countries and their locations.

How the Activity Works:

Students are given an unlabelled map of Europe, showing only the borders of the countries. Their task is to label each country in the correct location. Additional activities could include:

• Researching and adding key facts about each country (e.g., capital cities, languages spoken, historical landmarks).
• Colouring each country in a different shade to visually distinguish them.
• Learning about notable geographical features of Europe, such as the Alps, the Mediterranean Sea, or the Danube River.

This activity helps students practise map-reading skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the countries and regions that make up Europe.
