Overview:
This activity involves cutting and pasting cards to both order and label the six stages of life. It helps students understand the sequence of human development, from baby to elder. Designed for early and middle years students.
Learning Objectives:
How the Activity Works:
Students are given cards with images and names of the six life stages: baby, infant, toddler, child, teenager, young adult, adult and elder. Their task is to cut out the cards and first order them from the earliest to the latest stage. Then, they label each stage with the correct term. This activity encourages students to actively engage with the concept of life stages, promoting both organisational skills and an understanding of human growth and development.
