Overview:

A bingo game designed to reinforce CVC words and rime families. Designed for early years students.

Learning Objectives:

Recognise and read CVC words accurately.
Identify common rime families to build phonemic awareness.
Practise listening and matching words to their corresponding sounds.

How the Activity Works:

This game includes 10 different bingo boards, each featuring various CVC words from common rime families. The teacher or a designated caller says a word aloud, and students place markers on the corresponding word if it appears on their board. The first player to cover their board calls out "Bingo!" This game provides a fun and interactive way for students to build phonics and reading skills.
