Overview:

A symmetry drawing activity where students use a grid to complete the other half of a vampire. Designed for students in year 5 and year 6.

Learning Objectives:

Recognise and apply the concept of symmetry.
Develop spatial awareness and fine motor skills.
Practise using a grid to accurately replicate a mirrored image.

How the Activity Works:

Students are given a half-drawn vampire on a grid and must complete the other half by reflecting the lines across the line of symmetry. The grid provides support for accuracy and proportion, making this a fun and engaging way to reinforce symmetry skills.
