Overview:

Cut and paste to match the different representations of the numbers 5 to 9, including words, digits, ten frames, and objects. Designed for prep and year 1 students.

How the Activity Works:

Students cut out the puzzle pieces and match each number to its corresponding representations. A self-checking mechanism is included—when placed together correctly, the pieces reveal an animal. This interactive activity reinforces number recognition and counting skills in an engaging way.
