Overview:

Students cut and paste to match 2D shapes with their names and features, including the number of sides and vertices. Designed for students in year 2 and year 3.

How the Activity Works:

Students cut out a set of 2D shape names and property descriptions, then match them to the correct shapes by pasting them in the appropriate spaces. This hands-on activity reinforces shape recognition and understanding of geometric properties in an engaging way.
