Skip Counting Flowers (2s, 3s, 4s)

EASYTEACHING.NET

Overview:

Students complete skip counting patterns by writing numbers on the leaves of flower plants. Designed for early years students.

Learning Objectives:

  • Practise skip counting by 2s, 3s and 4s.
  • Develop number pattern recognition skills.
  • Strengthen fine motor skills through writing activities.

How the Activity Works:

Each flower plant has leaves with some numbers missing from the skip counting sequence. Students fill in the blanks to complete the patterns for counting by 2s, 3s or 4s. This activity reinforces number sequences and counting skills in an engaging and visually appealing way.
