Overview:

Shape hunt! Students identify and colour all the circles among a mix of other 2D shapes. Designed for early years students.

Learning Objectives:

Recognise and differentiate circles from other 2D shapes.
Develop visual discrimination and shape recognition skills.
Practise fine motor skills through colouring.

How the Activity Works:

Students examine a collection of various 2D shapes and find all the circles. Once identified, they colour in the circles while leaving the other shapes uncoloured. This activity helps reinforce an understanding of circles and their properties in an engaging way.
