Overview:

Students match common 2D shapes to their names. Designed for students in prep, year 1 and year 2.

How the Activity Works:

Students are presented with a set of 2D shapes, including a rectangle, oval, circle, triangle, square, hexagon, and pentagon. They match each shape to its correct name by drawing a line or cutting and pasting. This activity supports early geometry learning in a fun and interactive way.
