Overview:

A symmetry drawing activity where students use a grid to complete the other half of a butterfly. Designed for middle years students.

Learning Objectives:

How the Activity Works:

Students are given a half-drawn butterfly on a grid and must complete the other half by reflecting the lines across the line of symmetry. The grid helps guide students to maintain accuracy and proportion while reinforcing their understanding of symmetry through a natural and visually engaging subject.
