Overview:

How the Activity Works:

Students colour prime numbers and composite numbers on hundred boards. As well as colouring the numbers, students write to explain how they can tell whether a number is prime or composite. This activity encourages students to think critically about number properties while reinforcing their understanding of prime and composite numbers.
