Overview:

Students identify and colour all the triangles among a mix of other 2D shapes. Designed for early years students.

Learning Objectives:

Recognise and differentiate triangles from other 2D shapes.
Develop visual discrimination and shape recognition skills.
Practise fine motor skills through colouring.

How the Activity Works:

Students examine a collection of various 2D shapes and find all the triangles. Once identified, they colour in the triangles while leaving the other shapes uncoloured. This activity helps reinforce an understanding of triangles and their properties in an engaging way.
