Overview:

A Christmas-themed activity where students read about how Christmas is celebrated in Colombia and compare it to Christmas celebrations in their own country using a Venn diagram. Designed for upper years students.

How the Activity Works:

Students read a text about Christmas celebrations in Colombia, focusing on traditions and foods. They then use a Venn diagram to compare and contrast these Colombian traditions with those in their own country, identifying what is the same and what is different. This activity helps students develop an understanding of cultural diversity and practise organising information in a structured format.
